En raison de la crise sanitaire actuelle, aucun versement d’arrhes n’est requis at l’annulation de la réservation est gratuite.

For cancellations up to 45 days before the date of arrival: no fees will be charged.

For cancellations from 45 to 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
For cancellations from 30 to one day before the date of arrival: 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
In the case that the guest fails to arrive, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
To consider the reservation confirmed we have to receive the deposit.
In the case of bookings guaranteed with a deposit, the amount paid by the client will be returned
– in the case of cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival
– by bank transfer, within 30 days from the completion of the operations required to return the sum.
